Ready to kick your fitness into a higher gear?
Summer can be a great time to push yourself: the days are long, energy is high, and if we are lucky, we may even have some extra free time on our hands.
I am challenging you (yes, YOU! 🫵🏻) to commit to three strength-training sessions per week for the summer. There's a certain ✨magic✨ (okay, science) that happens at three sessions per week:

It provides enough time to fully cover all primary and accessory strength-training needs, possibly even some conditioning!

It stimulate muscle growth and strength "gains" at an exponentially higher rate

It's a good cadence -- enough to keep you active on a regular basis without having to feel like you're restarting each week, but not so much that it takes over your life

You can still do other workouts (ex: Pilates, running, yoga, rock climbing) without overtraining...and you'll most likely find that these activities suddenly start to feel easier

SPOTS ARE LIMITED. A maximum of 10 clients can sign up for these Personal Training specials at any given time.
Personal Training Membership: 3 sessions weekly - $255
Includes three Personal Training session weekly ($85/session). Valid only at The Gym of Life studio. Membership begins on date of purchase and will auto-renew on a weekly recurring basis until/unless canceled, which can be done online. Session credits expire after two weeks.
Summer Saturday Sweat Sessions
Designed as a complement to Personal Training, these are small-group classes that focus on cardio. These classes will challenge your aerobic and anaerobic conditioning through circuits and intervals of varying intensity, and will include both high- and low-impact exercises. Modifications will be provided to suit individual needs.

Most workouts will be 30-45 minutes long, but I recommend allocating a full hour for the class. Please be on time; warming up is critical, so in order to keep you safe (and keep the flow of class going) no one will be permitted to join more than 5 minutes late, and there will be no refunds for late arrivals.
Bring a water bottle and towel. Running shoes are suggested. Sunglasses/hat and SPF are also recommended since we will be outside and shade is not guaranteed. Prepare to sweat!
Classes are only open to current clients. Limit 5 people per class to ensure personalized attention and coaching. Spots are available first to class-pack holders; any remaining spots will be offered for drop-ins.
*Dates subject to change. Class will be canceled and refunded in the event of inclement weather (including rain or heat/air quality advisory).
