Hybrid Coaching

Hybrid Coaching is a combination of Online Coaching and Personal Training -- the best of both worlds! Choose between one or two monthly in-person training sessions, with ongoing private custom coaching to support and guide you.

Here’s How It Works:

  1. First things first -- book a free consultation so we can get to know each other and make sure this is the right fit.

  2. After signing up, you’ll do an initial assessment based on your individual needs. You will return the results of the assessment, usually including video. The information from the initial assessment will be used to create your first program.

  3. Your program will be accessible via a user-friendly app, ABC Trainerize. The app houses your program, complete with video demonstrations and written instructions for all exercises as well as personalized guidance on how to approach the workout based on your individual needs. You will use the app to track your workouts. The app contains a private messaging center, and can also be used to log nutrition, habits, goals, and more.

  4. Ongoing support is provided via:

    • The in-app private message center

    • Weekly reflection forms

    • Monthly coaching calls over Zoom

  5. Depending on how you are progressing, your program will change every 4-6 weeks. Programs are designed using the principles of progressive overload.

 

Hybrid Coaching is best for those who are intermediate or advanced in fitness experience.

Equipment is required: We will discuss what will work best for you — given your goals, interests, space, and budget — but most clients will need (at minimum) an assortment of free weights, resistance bands, a bench or box, a pull-up bar, a mat, and a jump rope or other cardio options.

 

Rate: Varies based on location and session frequency ($400+ per month)

Minimum three (3) months’ commitment required; month-to-month thereafter.
